We placed an order for 10 meals with a scheduled delivery date of January 18th. Unfortunately, the order was skipped without any prior notice. When we asked for a refund to our original payment method, it was issued to the platform's wallet instead, which was not our preference since we don't intend to order again.
Overall, the experience was quite disappointing: 1. Delivery reliability is very lacking.
2. There’s a lengthy 7-8 day wait between ordering and receiving meals.
3. The app is not user-friendly.
4. Customer support is virtually non-existent — reaching a human representative is impossible, leaving only a chatbot that can't resolve issues.
5. The taste of the meals was not satisfactory (quality was also a concern). For these reasons, I will not be ordering from this service again.
