My movie loving son ordered a phone case, it didn't come and was having some frustration with getting it delivered. The customer support team (Olivia) was VERY helpful even though it seemed like we weren't going to get it. I ended up asking for a refund and she efficiently made that happen. BUT then a few weeks later a NEW phone case arrived. She had told me they were sorry to upset real movie fans like my son and they wanted to have a chance to set it right. I didn't think much of it...but then our FREE case arrived. THANKS Olivia and FROME. Happy movie loving teen happy again :)
