My movie loving son ordered a phone case, it didn't come and was having some frustration with getting it delivered. The customer support team (Olivia) was VERY helpful even though it seemed like we weren't going to get it. I ended up asking for a refund and she efficiently made that happen. BUT then a few weeks later a NEW phone case arrived. She had told me they were sorry to upset real movie fans like my son and they wanted to have a chance to set it right. I didn't think much of it...but then our FREE case arrived. THANKS Olivia and FROME. Happy movie loving teen happy again :)

What made it worse was that we got this review email asking how much we liked it and was still dealing with the frustration of never receiving it. We did get the refund, but it's not about the money. Disappointed we could not get this product for a teen who likes movies so much from a company who declares that it is FOR movie lovers. Very disappointing.
