I have purchased other Non Stick Frying 9.5 inches Square and the smaller Round 6 inches or 7 inches and other No Name Brands but their Non Stick Surface did not last a year using it for Eggs and Egg Plant.
I have used this product three times already with Eggs that are not Scrambled Dry but lightly cooked with Oregano,Parsley and Basil and the cooked Egg slid from the Surface easily.
I look forward for its consistency.
