Always hand washed the pot and it got some of the ceramic coating removed in the middle like little chips.
Always used wood utensils to not scratch the surface but for some reason it just has a lot of chipped pieces at the bottom
I got this problem with the large pot, the small one, the large and small pan as well. Seems to be a problem overall with all their items and a cheap ceramic coating….
I love this set! I’ve been eyeing it for a long time and decided to make the purchase finally. Non stick and cleanup is a breeze. Unfortunately my oven (27)is too small for the griddle pan so I had to give that away. My fault for not measuring. Otherwise, great set but I wish pieces were sold individually.
The ceramic nonstick cookware works very well but the Titanium frying pans and cast iron grill pan lost their nonstick qualities after a few months of use. I followed the care instructions but could not restore the pans’ nonstick characteristics. I am extremely disappointed.
The cookware, the appliances, the accessories…wow! So thoughtful, beautiful, and simplify the kitchen. I especially was drawn to the All Pan as I absolutely love their steamer insert that is included. It allows me so much more versatility in the kitchen than just frying in butter or olive oil. My first All Pan was a gift. I now have since purchased the entire set. 😎
Excited about the titanium Always pan, the nonstick has suffered a bit but trying to use their cleaning tips. Had one of the original pans that we didn’t follow directions close enough and it lost nonstick pretty early, but still used for 5+ years. Lots of fun new products. Have dishes from them that have lasted years! Quality holds up on dishes/cups well
I ordered 2 pans 2/7/25. It's 2/27/25 and I still don't have them. It's a nightmare dealing with this company. There is no customer support via. Phone. Everything is by email. Terrible customer service.
Perfect pan pro and perfect pot pro. I am impressed with the quality of these 2 pieces that I have. They do not ever have food stick which is so nice and cleanup is a breeze. Each piece was purchased in 2025 at different times. My one complaint is that the gold is not as pronounced after two times in dishwasher so I don't advise that they go in dishwasher, hand wash only.
First I love this shade of blue. The pan is a perfect size with high sides so food does not fall out, and the no-stick interior makes cooking so easy when it's time to clean up. Love it so much I hope to buy more pieces.
There was an error with my order and customer service responded to my email within an hour. They were kind, understanding and very helpful. I used the essentials fry pan for the first time to make a steak and it was great! The steak cooked perfectly.
