Booked days in advance, I paid extra to ensure delivery on Valentines Day. Heard nothing. Then checked tracking to find they had sent them via UPS who decided to not deliver them until Monday. The online support was a joke. Offered a gift voucher credit of just the extra delivery fee. Eventually agreed to refund partially, refused to cancel the order and refund. Bottom line, I paid for a specific service, they didn't deliver and ruined the valentines day planned surprise. Terrible. Avoid.
