I ordered flowers for my Mum coming out of hospital. Flowers not delivered by requested date. Emails sent and no reply. Their website states if they can’t deliver they will get in touch. Still haven’t had a reply from my emails a week later. Find someone else for flowers.
First, I paid extra for morning delivery, and it didn't arrive. My sister went out and didn't receive the flowers on her birthday. Second, the photos on the website are completely different from reality; this is selling a lie. This should be prohibited, and this website is a scam. How can you sell something you don't deliver? Only 1/3 of the flowers I ordered arrived. Absurd! Don't buy from them!
The photo of the flowers I ordered appeared very artistic, but the flowers that were delivered were a sloppy attempt sent from Safeway. I had no idea the flowers would come from a Safeway store and feel the flowers were overpriced for what was delivered. I will never order from them again.
I pre-ordered flowers many days ahead of Valentines day to be delivered, paid a hefty fee for that day, because I live 4hrs from my fiance I can not drive there due to work. She talked about flowers all week. On Valentines day I called to check on my order, they said couldn't give me an estimate time but my order was processed and would be delivered. Later that day my fiance hasn't said anything about getting flowers, I called them again and they said my order was canceled. No call, no text, no email nothing!! Didn't care at all they just ruined someone's special day! This company truly doesn't need to be in the business that there in!
Is Valentine, I ordered the flowers 3 weeks ago, I paid 16.99 for the holiday delivery, and the tracking number say, scheduled for Monday 16, now I have my wife without flowers and I paid $152 for that, horrible.
Ordered flowers for valentine's day paid extra for delivery that day. Waited all day called them they said, I changed my order to the 16. I told them I didn't no such thing and I don't need the flowers now. Refund my money. They said, hold on, then hung up on me. Id give 0 stars if I could
I am in long distance relationship. I placed my Valentine’s Day order 3–4 days in advance to make sure it would arrive on February 14 to my gf's place, but instead I was informed that the delivery was delayed until February 16. This completely ruined the purpose of the gift and caused a lot of frustration on an important day. Reliable delivery is the most basic expectation for a service like this, and unfortunately, they failed to meet it. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this website and will not be using their service again.
Booked days in advance, I paid extra to ensure delivery on Valentines Day. Heard nothing. Then checked tracking to find they had sent them via UPS who decided to not deliver them until Monday. The online support was a joke. Offered a gift voucher credit of just the extra delivery fee. Eventually agreed to refund partially, refused to cancel the order and refund. Bottom line, I paid for a specific service, they didn't deliver and ruined the valentines day planned surprise. Terrible. Avoid.
I ordered a peony flower arrangement from FromYouFlowers.com to be delivered on December 13th so my wife could have her flowers for St. Valentine’s Day. Peonies are especially meaningful to us, so this was not just any random bouquet.
The order was never delivered.
At nearly 11 p.m., after hearing nothing, I reached out through chat and was told that the florist had run out of peonies and wanted to substitute white roses instead. I declined the substitution, and they issued a full refund — but by that point, the damage was already done.
They never notified me in advance that they couldn’t fulfill the order. Had they done so earlier, I could have made other arrangements. Instead, I was left scrambling at the last minute, with no realistic way to get flowers in time for a very special occasion.
While I appreciate the refund, it doesn’t fix the fact that the surprise and meaning behind this gift were ruined. For a company that specializes in important occasions, this level of communication and planning is unacceptable.
I would not rely on them for time-sensitive or sentimental orders.
I would not recommend ordering flowers from this place. The arrangement looked nothing like what was advertised online — not even close. They also failed to include items I specifically ordered, and the note was incorrect. This was my first and last time ordering from here. Very disappointed with the quality and lack of attention to detail.
