I am in long distance relationship. I placed my Valentine’s Day order 3–4 days in advance to make sure it would arrive on February 14 to my gf's place, but instead I was informed that the delivery was delayed until February 16. This completely ruined the purpose of the gift and caused a lot of frustration on an important day. Reliable delivery is the most basic expectation for a service like this, and unfortunately, they failed to meet it. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this website and will not be using their service again.
