I pre-ordered flowers many days ahead of Valentines day to be delivered, paid a hefty fee for that day, because I live 4hrs from my fiance I can not drive there due to work. She talked about flowers all week. On Valentines day I called to check on my order, they said couldn't give me an estimate time but my order was processed and would be delivered. Later that day my fiance hasn't said anything about getting flowers, I called them again and they said my order was canceled. No call, no text, no email nothing!! Didn't care at all they just ruined someone's special day! This company truly doesn't need to be in the business that there in!
