I would have rated this service with zero stars if possible! It's the absolute worst. Potential customers should be cautious; it's all smoke and mirrors, and the customer support is incredibly rude. Cancelling the service feels like a grueling ordeal, full of unnecessary complications. They even have the nerve to charge you for an additional month because they make you agree to their terms before allowing cancellation, then surprise you with the extra fee. To top it off, they try to persuade you to keep your subscription at half the original cost—what a scam!
