They are very reliable. They answer promptly when I have an alarm. My only objection is to the contract which you must cancel in advance. The other really odd thing is that they send you this really cheap flimsy piece of plastic about 3 inches in diameter which is suppose to serve as your warning to would-be burglars that you have an alarm system. It's so cheap, it's embarrassing. But, overall, they do a good job at monitoring your property.
