I'm sticking with Frontpoint

I have had Frontpoint as my security company for about 8 years now and they have been nothing short of amazing. Let me tell you, they aren't the cheapest guys in the market, but I'm a big believer that you get what you pay for. Frontpoint's customer service is second to none. Whenever I have had to get on the phone with them for a rare instance of a problem, they were always professional and worked with me to solve my problem.The equipment was super easy to set up and I love the fact that all of the sensors are wireless. I also like the fact that the batteries seem to last a really long time. In eight years (so far) I think I've only had to replace the batteries on a couple of sensors. It's really been a no-hassle system.When it comes to accidental alarms (and you will have them, especially in the beginning), they are very responsive in calling to find out if everything is okay. Big thumbs up for that!In retrospect, over the last 8 years, my relationship with Frontpoint has been a really good one. It hasn't been without a couple of challenges here or there, but in comparison, they've been minor and nothing their team couldn't help me overcome.If I had to do it all over again, I'd still choose Frontpoint to protect my home.
