This bank is the absolute worst. I faced financial difficulties after losing my job, and they chose to withdraw funds from my minor child's account. He was saving for a car and college, and instead of contacting me to arrange a payment plan, they took his entire paycheck. Their handling of the situation was appalling, and I felt utterly disrespected. After reaching out to them, I was met with dismissive remarks about my financial history. I am appalled by their lack of compassion. After 20 years as a loyal customer, this is how they treat me? Truly disappointing.
