Initially, my experience with this bank was very positive. They were supportive during the tough times of starting my small business. However, as my business faced challenges, communication became scarce. Even after paying off a significant loan, the bank refused to release me from special assets without a clear explanation. This has soured my view, and I can no longer recommend them, despite my previous praise.
