When I started using Frost Bank several years ago, I was so impressed with their customer service. I always knew someone at “my” bank and, just as importantly, someone knew me, called me by name and made an effort with good Texas service. When I go to Frost today, I might as well be at McDonalds. I’m anonymous. I am never recognized. It is a real damn shame.
