I placed an order on 12/15 and paid for expedited shipping. Now, on 12/20, it only indicates that a label was created, with an estimated delivery after Christmas on 12/29. This is unacceptable for a service that advertises fast shipping, especially since it guaranteed delivery before Christmas. Very unhappy with this experience and will not be ordering again!
