My first order was stolen. I asked for a refund, but they refused to do it. They sent a second order. I ended up donating all of them. Not a great product. Invest in Yeti or Stanley instead. Doesn't keep your drinks or ice cold for nearly as long as they claim.

Extra shipping fees but regular delivery

I paid for expedited shipping, yet the item was shipped using standard delivery. After reaching out to the support team, I waited two days for an automated reply containing my tracking number. I cannot recommend purchasing from this company; they seem to be overcharging for shipping and fail to resolve issues.

Disappointing delivery timeline

I placed an order on 12/15 for expedited shipping. Now, on 12/20, it shows only that a label was created, with an estimated delivery after Christmas on 12/29. This is unacceptable for a service that claims to provide fast shipping, especially with a guarantee for delivery before Christmas. Very dissatisfied with this experience and will not order again!

Exceptional customer service experience

I ordered two items as gifts, but they were either stolen or there was an issue with delivery. I contacted the company, and they responded promptly. After a few questions, they confirmed I qualified for a replacement order and handled everything smoothly. I received my items today and was very impressed with their customer service. Misleading sale pricing

Misleading product description

I ordered a tumbler because it was advertised with both a straw lid and a dripless sip lid. However, I only received the straw lid, which I dislike. After discovering others had the same issue, the company began charging extra for the sip lid. Their advertising is misleading, and now, the colors for the sip lid seem to be out of stock. I am frustrated with the lack of clarity and want to understand the changes. If only the straw lid is available, I don't want the product. The tumbler is well-made and attractive, but I would only recommend it if the company offers what they originally advertised.

Double charged for one item

I was charged twice for one product, once on November 14 and again on November 24. Customer service was unhelpful, advising me to wait for the charges to drop off and to contact my bank. This has left my account in the negative. Be cautious when ordering.

Poor shipping and customer service

My order was supposed to arrive on 10/4/25, but it was claimed to be undeliverable for an unconvincing reason and left at my local post office. Despite sending four emails, I still haven't received it. They finally responded to one email with a tracking number, which I already had provided to them. I'm done with this situation.
