Ordered strawberries in chocolate as a suprise for Valentine's Day for my boyfriend. I paid £14.99 for guaranteed delivery on Saturday for Valentine's day. Delivery arrived on Monday 16th February so you can imagine after 72 hours how strawberries looked like so I paid £50 and delivery ended up in trash as there was juice coming out of package.I tried to contact customer service, I sent 4 emails , phone calls (just voicemail, always voicemail), Instagram and Facebook page but no response.I NEVER HAD SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH AN ONLINE ORDER.
