I placed an order on Fruugo on 17 December (Order number: SFCAA0108626147YQ). The estimated delivery time was 1–19 January, but the order has still not arrived and appears not to have been shipped at all.
When I track the order, the status remains “Shipping soon,” even though the delivery window has already passed. This lack of transparency and delay is very frustrating, especially since the order is urgently needed.
I have contacted customer support requesting an update or a refund if the order cannot be delivered promptly. So far, I have not received a clear response.
I hope Fruugo will address this issue quickly and provide either immediate shipping confirmation or a full refund.
