Do not order anything on this website it is a scam. Once I found out 10 minutes after placing my order I contacted them saying can I cancel my order. They only got back to me once the retailer had shipped my items so it was unable to cancel. WHICH WAS 6 days later. I have posted below. Avoid the website at all costs it’s a scam and customer service don’t even bother waste of time. If there is a link for me to post the conversation I happily will. 6 days to reply is not okay. My order would of 100% been cancelledz
I ordered this perfume it wasnt the one i wanted and it not the real stuff very very poor packaging and cheap and nasty bottle not like the other bottles id ordered elsewhere it was £17.99 & p&p went to return it and would of cost me £16 something will never order from this company again and advise everyone to avoid at all cost

I accidentally placed an order and wanted to cancel it immediately, but the system is so ridiculous that they forwarded my cancellation request to the seller. The seller didn't respond, and they shipped the product two days later.
According to the new customs law in Türkiye, I cannot accept this product. No one is responding to my messages. I hope I can find a solution here.

Purchased Afnan Supremacy Collectors Edition it came from China and is a complete fake and has resulted in me having an allergic reaction skin bright red and peeling off so extremly sore to the touch like a bad skin burn i think its like a pure alcohol burn...says if want refund needs to be returned no longer than 14 days after purchase but it take like 3 weeks to arrive..Glasgow Times have contacted me after my picture on social media of my neck burns!! more to come!! Avoid!! Avoid!!
Worst ever experience.
1. No chat or phone support.
2. Reply to your query after 3 days, when the seller is not responding.
3. Favouring the seller more than the customer.
4. Poor understanding of English and not giving direct, point-by-point answers.
5. Local hub delivery was sent from Spain instead of locally from the UK. Never provided a return label.
6. Complicated refund process.
Not trustworthy and not good for UK standards.
my mum ordered a product - for the double price - which is not ok - but worst the color is not the color she ordered. you send her the wrong color again.

Order placed end of Dec for delivery in January.
Raised a query when item not received.
Escalated query after no useful update from Fruugo Customer Care.
I had to demand a refund.
Fruugo suggested the item was lost in Transit despite the tracking advising "shipping soon".
The item is also now "unavailable"!
At no point did Fruugo Customer Care "Care".
Would not Recommend
I placed an order on Fruugo on 17 December (Order number: SFCAA0108626147YQ). The estimated delivery time was 1–19 January, but the order has still not arrived and appears not to have been shipped at all.
When I track the order, the status remains “Shipping soon,” even though the delivery window has already passed. This lack of transparency and delay is very frustrating, especially since the order is urgently needed.
I have contacted customer support requesting an update or a refund if the order cannot be delivered promptly. So far, I have not received a clear response.
I hope Fruugo will address this issue quickly and provide either immediate shipping confirmation or a full refund.
The item was shipped late, arriving two weeks after the expected date. Now, over a month later, I still haven't received my refund. The customer service is extremely disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend using this service at all.
My son was thrilled to order a smart clock and eagerly awaited its arrival. After several weeks from overseas, we were disappointed to find it was a poor imitation, not the authentic item. When I requested a refund, I was directed to the fine print indicating it was unbranded! I was informed that a return was possible but would be very costly. This is unacceptable customer service and misleading advertising. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
