I placed an order and soon afterward found an alternative that made it unnecessary. I quickly canceled through their suggested method. Unfortunately, my query went unanswered for 36 hours and was only addressed 40 minutes after the order was processed, making cancellation impossible. This raises concerns about either incompetence or possible intent. The response I received missed the point that my order hadn't been dispatched at the time of my query. You waited until it was dispatched 36 hours later before stating it was too late to cancel. This has severely undermined my trust in your company.
