It was only addressed 40 minutes after the order was processed, making cancellation impossible. This raises concerns about either incompetence or possible malicious intent. The response I received did not address that my order hadn't been dispatched at the time of my query. You waited until it was dispatched before claiming it was too late to cancel, which I noted in my initial review. This experience has severely damaged my trust in your company, and I will be sharing this with others.
