I placed my order on 26 November, and now it has been 23 days without any feedback. Every time I inquire, the reply is merely that my order is 'in transit.' There has been no communication, no updates, and no resolution. This service is completely unacceptable. I would rate it zero if I could, and I will not recommend this platform to anyone. If you cannot fulfill the order, I expect an immediate refund.
