The delivery took over 4 weeks, and the expected date was inaccurate based on the calendar. The service was extremely disappointing. Whenever I sought help, the support team insisted that the delivery date hadn't passed yet, which was clearly untrue. The advertisement stated, "B. This set includes a wooden chessboard..." which is only partially accurate. The wood is covered in a plastic laminate, making it feel cheap and reminiscent of another low-quality order. Overall, I am very dissatisfied. I paid too much for a subpar product, and the delivery issues ruined my holiday. This will be my first and last experience with this service.
