I ordered a product, thinking it would come from the UK or EU as the same on Temu cost half the price or less. I believed that paying more I would have a better quality and better service. The product was shipped from China instead, with 3 weeks lead time. Expected delivery 29 Jan, the product was marked delivered on jan 22nd. Of course I had not received it. I had to wait to raise a complaint until Jan 29th. Then it took until today to explain that I had never received a delivery alert from Postnord (I had to look up in the internet who is in charge of their last mile shipping, as Fruugo gave me a number which did not work at all). So after 5 weeks from date of purchase and a lot of time wasted following up, Fruugo issued a refund. I still need that product. Never again!
