I ordered a product, thinking it would come from the UK or EU as the same on Temu cost half the price or less. I believed that paying more I would have a better quality and better service. The product was shipped from China instead, with 3 weeks lead time. Expected delivery 29 Jan, the product was marked delivered on jan 22nd. Of course I had not received it. I had to wait to raise a complaint until Jan 29th. Then it took until today to explain that I had never received a delivery alert from Postnord (I had to look up in the internet who is in charge of their last mile shipping, as Fruugo gave me a number which did not work at all). So after 5 weeks from date of purchase and a lot of time wasted following up, Fruugo issued a refund. I still need that product. Never again!
This is a total scam. The item I ordered has not arrived, and when I reached out to the support team, their website claimed I would receive a response within 48 hours, but I never heard back. I attempted to contact them again about a week later through their help section, but they wouldn't let me select 'package has not arrived' because, according to them, the 'last possible date of arrival hasn't been exceeded,' which it has as of December 31st. Their system is clearly broken, preventing me from getting in touch. I would absolutely never purchase from this service again.
The product was incredibly disappointing and seems like a scam. I bought a sports nasal dilator, and it simply does not work at all. This is a complete rip-off! I will never consider this platform again; this is what I get for trying to save some money. Truly unacceptable.
I've seen many warnings about avoiding this service. This is my second order, and both times everything went smoothly. Excellent products and prices, and although the delivery took a bit longer than expected, I was aware of that beforehand. Everything arrived as promised.
The product was a total letdown, completely ineffective. I purchased a sports nasal dilator, and it absolutely does not work. This feels like a scam! I will never order from this service again; this is what I get for trying to save a few bucks. Truly unacceptable.
