I placed an order on September 29 and received my package on October 22. At the time of ordering, there was no indication of the expected delivery time, and unfortunately, it was intended as a birthday gift for my wife, which made the delay frustrating. The tracking service was unhelpful, as I had no information on when to expect the delivery. The order was well-packaged and undamaged, but I will not be using this platform again.
