I placed an order on September 29 and received my package on October 22. At the time of ordering, there was no indication of the expected delivery time, and unfortunately, it was intended as a birthday gift for my wife, which made the delay frustrating. The tracking service was unhelpful, as I had no information on when to expect the delivery. The order was well-packaged and undamaged, but I will not be using this platform again.

This time, these ads are from a specific website. Anyone offering such a product is attempting to scam customers, as there is no such device available globally! There are multiple scammers on this site. I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST USING THIS PLATFORM. Order it and you'll see how many scammers there are.
The customer service is the worst! I requested a cancellation and refund just minutes after making the payment because I realized I had selected the wrong products. One order was canceled with a promise of a refund within 5 days, but today is day 6 and I have received no refund or information. The cancellation request for the second order was ignored, and I was informed that it had already been sent out despite my request for immediate cancellation. Do not purchase from them! They leave inquiries unanswered and lack customer support! It’s so bad that I’ve organized a group of other clients with similar experiences, and we are preparing a lawsuit!
