I suspect the seller may be a scammer: Ordered the product and paid via PayPal OK... Received email saying my parcel is "expected today". It didn't - and still hasn't - arrived. "track parcel" --> "we couldn't find your order". Attempt to log in to account --> "we don't recognise your credentials". Attempt to change password --> No change of password and am still unable to login. Have repeated the "it's easy to change your password" cycle 5x now, to no effect. Tried to phone their helpline --> rings once and then the call drops out. Time to get PayPal on to them...
