I ordered Neuro gum / mints from Fruugo. they arrived and the mints were dissolved and soft inside the packaging. The product I bought was actually fake , packaging so close to the real thing . I have been advised not to eat the contents and to discard .
I did some research and found the Neuro Gum website ordered the real Neuro Gum
Proof that trustpilot is a bought and paid for scam just like fruugo.

Site is full of sh*t. Advertising real products and selling toxic bs from China. NEVER buy anything from fruugo. You will be disappointed.
TOTAL RIP OFF. Item was not as advertised. Took weeks to deliver. NO HELP from this company. TOTALLY DISGUSTED at false product. NEVER AGAIN.

I purchased for a 650 ml bottle of Nenuco classic cologne. What was delivered was a 200ml bottle NENUCO FRESH. SCAM

I have ordered some Tiger Balm Patches and when purchasing the advertisement said I would get 48 patches. When receiving the order there were only 20 in there. I contacted the support and they told me that it was a mistake by the person who uploaded the product to their website and it was supposed to be only 20 for the price I paid.
They said that (after I purchased) that they have changed the advertisement and that they are sorry, but can’t give me any refund.
After having to explain it over multiple emails that this is a clear case of fraud, as I haven’t received what I paid for, they said they would process 50% of my payment and it would arrive in the next few days.
It’s been now almost 2 months and nothing has happened. They don’t even reply to my emails anymore. Very unprofessional and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
I Purchased an 8ft firewood stack with waterproof bag. The only thing I got was a waterproof bag. I was absolutely disgusted with the false advertisement. I would never recommend anyone to that sight
Disgusting products. It says Australia then UK however its from China!I bought a robotic kitten from Fruugo. The video they advertised was a soft,light grey,walking,realistic kitten that meows,purrs and is soft. I purchased it as a birthday present for my elderly mum. Its hard,wrong color and looks like a grey and black striped tiger. It doesn't purr and its eyes are not like as advertised.
I suspect the seller may be a scammer: Ordered the product and paid via PayPal OK... Received email saying my parcel is "expected today". It didn't - and still hasn't - arrived. "track parcel" --> "we couldn't find your order". Attempt to log in to account --> "we don't recognise your credentials". Attempt to change password --> No change of password and am still unable to login. Have repeated the "it's easy to change your password" cycle 5x now, to no effect. Tried to phone their helpline --> rings once and then the call drops out. Time to get PayPal on to them...
Absolutely disgraceful service from Fruggo Australia - no communication, product never shipped and even logging numerous requests on line they don’t bother to respond. Only after logging a complaint through PayPal was I able to get a refund. Buyer BEWARE!
I’m extremely disappointed — not just with the product and the poor communication, but especially with the false advertising and Fruugo’s complete lack of accountability.
The item I purchased was advertised as a candy freeze-drying machine. In reality, the machine does not have a freeze-drying function at all. Instead of freeze-drying, it simply cooks and melts the candy.
When I requested a refund, I was told I could only return the item at my own expense, which would cost more than the product itself. Fruugo’s only alternative was to offer a $10 refund — less than 10% of what I paid.
This experience has been frustrating and misleading from start to finish. I strongly recommend avoiding this company.
