I really don’t want to give such a high rating as a 1 star but if I had to be honest the warranty has been phenomenal but that’s about. I’ve sent my ECM back (under a RMA) 3 or 4 times I can’t be sure but the warranty is ironclad, as for the rest??? I like to work on my car a 2005 Chevy Corvette I researched online for a plug and play solution and I tried Flagship One, I paid over 900 dollars for the ECM for the 1st time plug and play it worked no need for the relearn but it worked fine for a few weeks but the check engine light came on again contacted customer service they did and RMA and I sent it back this time (no plug and play)when I got it back it required the key fob 30 minute relearn process but this time nothing, this has happened at least 3 more times yet my car is still not working. I spend $160.00 (over $640 +$320 for towing) every time I have a mechanic to tell me it’s your ECM. I’ve decided to put my car cover on my car and wait until I get $3000.00 to let someone work on it locally. I can’t even begin to tell you how disappointed I am about this, I could have just let the local shop fix it and took the 3000.00 hit. I wish I had down that because I just am so disappointed, I’m retired, I am on a fixed income in that I live on my retirement, social security, and VA disability, can’t afford to just continually throw money away. It’s important to know that some people have had some success with this company but not me. I’ve been holding out on sending a notice to the BBB but people need to be informed. I truly wish this had been a good experience with this company but as you can see I haven’t, my corvette has been down since working with this company and until I spare $3000, or $4000 my car will be down.
