I bought a PCM for my Ram 2500 from 2006..
I was promised, it would be thoroughly tested before shipping.. since it was a international order US-Denmark.. when it arrives I discover that the charge controller in it doesn't work.. I try switching it back to my old PCM and then it works... and now I'm running a external charge controller and the flagship one PCM.. so the my conclusion is that the integrated charge controller is defekt in it...
So they didn't test it properly like they promised me.. now a have a partly renovated PCM I have payed 1100$ for and need to have a external charge controller yet another 250$ ... and they don't care... they want the unit back, so they can test it them self of course on my own expense..
This is a well known fault on dodge ram PCM.. which they didn't test it for...
Julienne F was great in making sure that I ordered the right PCM for my Ford Ranger. I can't wait to get it and I hope it will solve all or most of my computer problems that I have been having. I have my fingers crossed.

Well I've bought 2 computers off you guys I live in canada the one computer lasted 1.5 years and crapped out . Instead of this being fixed easily your workers refuse to get me in touch with a supervisor as you want me to send my unit to you at my cost and once you receive it you will send me a new one so I will not have a car for a month this is not an acceptable solution I should not have to pay for a return on your crappy computers and you should be able to send me a new one so I wont be without a car for a month as im in canada and it takes 2 to 4 weeks to get (thats one way) I need someone to fix this before it escalate s to lawyers I've been trying to get in touch with some onefor 3 days now and no one returns phone calls ill never buy another from this shit company

After a three-week wait and delays, my item was sent to the incorrect address based on the tracking information. When I contacted customer service, they simply told me it was delivered and to check my mailbox, which I had already done. The postal service confirmed that the tracking number I received belongs to another address and individual. This feels like a scam.
