I placed an order on February 4. I received an email that my order shipped on February 9th. I was sent a tracking number but no update on where my package is. I sent an email to FSJ BUT NO RESPONSE! I need my package before February 27th for an important event! This is totally ridiculous!!! I tried to reach out to the courier but nothing at this point I need a refund!
