I placed an order on February 4. I received an email that my order shipped on February 9th. I was sent a tracking number but no update on where my package is. I sent an email to FSJ BUT NO RESPONSE! I need my package before February 27th for an important event! This is totally ridiculous!!! I tried to reach out to the courier but nothing at this point I need a refund!
XYD shoes has been great. I ordered a pair of boots and they were too small so they gladly helped me in getting another pair with the right size. . Would recommend for sure. Excellent customer service!
On January 10th, I placed an order and paid $141.25. Since then, I have not received any emails, order confirmation, tracking number, or any information regarding the status of my package or its potential arrival. There has been no communication, no assistance, and no transparency. Just silence after my payment.
This feels like a total scam. I strongly advise against using this platform.

The company does not cover return shipping, so if you're overseas, you end up spending nearly as much as the shoes just to return them. I'm extremely disappointed - what a scam!

This is my second purchase. Excellent customer service. I contacted them via messaging and received an immediate response. The shoes are custom-made and arrive promptly. The initial pair was too large, so they offered to send another pair and suggested I donate the ones that didn't fit. The replacement still wasn't right, so they sent a third pair, which I also donated. I've seen bad reviews, but I believe the company is working on improving their customer service. They respond quickly and genuinely strive to help with issues; mine are wide front feet. I am a real customer living in South Texas.
