Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. The only reason they get 1 star is cause my initial experience a few months ago was ok but after my latest experience I will never order from here again. Here’s what happened:

Order a week in advance for flowers to be delivered the day before Valentine’s Day. Flowers came on 2/13 completely dead/wilted. Reached out to customer service and they said they could provide a 25% refund.. lol. I needed flowers for my fiancée so I just went ahead and ordered again for same day delivery. I got an email saying delivery was made but the flowers were no where to be found. Looked at my front door, neighbors front door, all around the apartment building/lobby.. nothing. Customer service said “that happens sometimes” and to wait until 8pm. 8pm comes and still no delivery. After talking to 4 different customer service people I finally Got a refund on my initial order, and they said they can have the second one redelivered the following day. Following day came and no delivery was made. Actual unreal how bad the customer service is. They outsource their email and phone line to different companies so there is 0 alignment which makes the dispute process even more difficult.
