Do not believe the made up "reviews" from other individuals. i can attest that FTD promised 3 times to refund me my money. They have yet to do it. FTD is the worst florist i have ever used but make no mistake, i will never use again. To everyone out there -- DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY DO NOT CARE and will NOT give you your money back.

Worse flower service on the planet! DO NOT USE AT ALL COSTS! They can’t even find orders with all the information like order number, customer name and phone number and STILL CANT FIND A SINGLE ORDER? How is this possible? What a freaking mess! This has happened to us twice and I will never use this crappy service again. First order could not be fulfilled second order got delivered to the wrong house and they couldn’t even find my order or the driver that dropped it off to get it delivered to the correct address.

I ordered an arrangement on February 11th. And was delivered on the 15th for Valentine’s Day. I paid $200+ CAD for something that was way different from what I ordered. The flowers were dead. Have molds on them. Broken and bent. Petals were already falling. The basket was different from the picture. It looks so cheap. I am really disappointed. So I called customer support and told them about the situation. They promised me they’ll get it redelivered the day after. We waited all day for it to come. Nothing came. I even called them the morning and they said it’s coming today. Called them in the evening and told me I have to wait until tomorrow. This feels like a scam to me. It feels like I was fooled. 30% refund doesn’t even feel iright. This company is so disappointing.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. The only reason they get 1 star is cause my initial experience a few months ago was ok but after my latest experience I will never order from here again. Here’s what happened:

Order a week in advance for flowers to be delivered the day before Valentine’s Day. Flowers came on 2/13 completely dead/wilted. Reached out to customer service and they said they could provide a 25% refund.. lol. I needed flowers for my fiancée so I just went ahead and ordered again for same day delivery. I got an email saying delivery was made but the flowers were no where to be found. Looked at my front door, neighbors front door, all around the apartment building/lobby.. nothing. Customer service said “that happens sometimes” and to wait until 8pm. 8pm comes and still no delivery. After talking to 4 different customer service people I finally Got a refund on my initial order, and they said they can have the second one redelivered the following day. Following day came and no delivery was made. Actual unreal how bad the customer service is. They outsource their email and phone line to different companies so there is 0 alignment which makes the dispute process even more difficult.

FTD - I would give them a zero, but that's not an option. They were supposed to deliver my flowers on Valentine's Day.They did not, they then decided they would deliver them on Monday the 16th, but they delivered a substitute flower arrangement on Sunday the 15th instead. Nothing like what I ordered. I would include pictures of the floral arrangement I ordered vs just a dozen roses. I asked for a refund they want to give me a 30% refund -unacceptable. Horrible customer service horrible company.

terrible experience. if it's an important occasion, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, you WILL get burned. they are not to be trusted. was lied to and told that my valentines day flowers were delivered at 6 pm (which is already very late in the day). after 2 hours of not hearing anything i contacted the recipient who was just as confused as i was, and couldn't find the delivery anywhere. then after the surprise was already spoiled, the delivery arrived at 8 pm. completely ruined a once a year occasion where i spent money trying to set up a special surprise. for a company that bases it's entire business model around sentiment, and celebration of emotional moments this is a disgraceful level of service. to be late with the delivery is one thing but to bold face lie and send false "delivery confirmed" emails is unprofessional and is completely out of line. to top it off, the overpriced bouquet wasn't even close to what was pictured on the website. just a scammy, bare minimum, slop service. do not make the mistake i and many others have made, always order local. read these reviews and other testimonials on reddit, this is NOT a good faith company.

Ordered valentines flowers on the 6th Feb paid 6.99 extra for delivery, my order was $138 all together the flowers haven’t even arrived yet, they are saying Monday! By then the flowers are going to be dead/bad condition because who’s lookin after them? I asked for a refund they said they would compensate 30% and they refunded me $18! After I requested a full refund horrible site and horrible customer service won’t use again.
