Promises were made and nothing is ever fulfilled. FTD is the absolute worst and will never give you your money back. They have yet (even though they promised) to refund $135 over a month ago due to NON-DELIVERY. My wife never got them, tracking system had no clue. They just apologized and sent a complimentary crappy, small arrangement worth $65 with promise of the full refund. NEVER HAPPENED just their same (i have received 4 now) replies stating "sorry, a full refund is being processed." NO it is not being processed. They continue to lie and continue to send their boilerplate email to you saying the EXACT same thing from the prior 2 responses.
