I regret having to write this update to my earlier review but I have to make everyone aware that this company will do everything to keep you sweet at first then once you are handed over to an account manager, it all goes horribly wrong.The first few months we were looked after very well by (see previous review for good member of staff) but once we were handed over to (have had to remove name as Fuelcard company complained as they only like people being named when it's a good thing, not when the person has been poor), things went downhill quickly. Very little communication from her (or him/they/them, not allowed to say!), higher pricing (I keep an eye on the Allstar prices so know what I should be getting) and very little understanding of customer service from her/him/they/them. The company sneaked on a 'Zero Liability Charge' of £4.99 + VAT per card per month for a service which we did not want. They claimed they sent an email informing us of this and that we needed to OPT OUT if we did not want it! This is unfair commercial practice, introducing a charge we did not agree to and requiring us to opt out rather than opt in. We did not receive any email so were not notified of this charge either, despite their claim. When I pointed this out, they just shrugged it off, saying we sent it so tough.Anyone with any sense of customer service would acknowledge what has happened and try to resolve it rather than point blank refuse any attempt at a resolution. Will be considering moving to another fuel card company and looking at UK Fuels now.
