When I reached out, customer support mentioned that the sizes were based on 'body measurements,' but this wasn't clearly explained on their site. I ordered multiple XL shirts, all supposed to follow the same size chart, yet they arrived with different measurements. Despite providing photographic evidence with a measuring tape, customer support insisted there was 'no difference' and offered explanations that did not resolve the discrepancies. I only sought a refund for two unwearable shirts due to sizing issues, but my request was met with confusing and inconsistent responses, showing no accountability for the inaccurate sizing information. Very disappointing quality control and customer service.
