I had a very frustrating experience due to misleading sizing and inadequate customer support. The size chart indicated that an XL shirt should measure 112 cm, but one shirt I received was 136 cm, which is not listed on their chart. When I reached out, customer support mentioned that the sizes were based on 'body measurements,' but this wasn't clearly explained on their site. I ordered multiple XL shirts, all supposed to follow the same size chart, yet they arrived with different measurements. Despite providing photographic evidence with a measuring tape, customer support insisted there was 'no difference' and offered explanations that did not resolve the discrepancies. I only sought a refund for two unwearable shirts due to sizing issues, but my request was met with confusing and inconsistent responses, showing no accountability for the inaccurate sizing information. Very disappointing quality control and customer service.
This was my first order, and it certainly won't be the last. I loved everything we received; the quality was outstanding. It was delivered to Ireland three days ahead of schedule. I will certainly reach out again soon. Thank you for the excellent service!
Do not buy if you wish to avoid extra fees when shipping to the USA! My purchase was $58, but before delivery, I had to pay nearly $40 in additional fees plus a $10 shipping charge. The final cost was $108 instead of $58! I wanted to cancel, but that wasn't an option. You risk losing money without even receiving your order. They claim to provide information, but I couldn't find it anywhere.
After my order shipped, I received an email stating I had to pay import fees that nearly equaled the original purchase price. While I understand there might be fine print somewhere, I've ordered online many times and never faced this issue before. Why can't this seller provide the total cost at checkout like others do? It feels quite deceptive.
If you're in the United States, I advise against purchasing from this website! The tariffs and fees are overwhelming. I placed a $58 order plus $10 for shipping, expecting a 20% tariff, but it ended up being $42 in fees just for importing. I may need to contact my credit card company for a refund if they don't accept my return. This situation is frustrating.
