The food is great—tasty, well-prepared, and well-presented. However, the menu changes infrequently, and the customer service is lacking. I’ve emailed multiple times without a response. I initially heard back from a representative but have been ignored since December, leading me to cancel my subscription. There are many better options available, so I don’t feel the need to stay with a service that neglects its customers.
