Food is DELICIOUS. Really good portion size and delivered to your door.
Customer service via email also really good and friendly. So far (only 2 weeks) so very good. Only thing is a hate to pay extra For delivery but everything else I guess makes it worth it.
The food is delicious, well-prepared, and nicely presented. However, the menu lacks variety, and the customer service is quite lacking. I reached out several times via email but received no reply. I initially got a response from a representative, but since December, I’ve been ignored again, leading me to cancel my subscription. There are many better options available, so I see no reason to remain with a service that overlooks its customers.

I tried a two-week subscription. Unfortunately, the food quality was quite low, worse than other meal plans and significantly inferior to some competitors. The chicken was of poor quality with unclean parts, and the beef had an unpleasant smell. The salmon was the only decent option. Due to the production process, they ask for meal confirmations for the second week without letting you try a dish first. I contacted customer service to cancel my order without a refund to avoid wasting food, but they explained they couldn’t accommodate this due to their production policies. I’m disappointed with the waste of food.
The food quality and portion sizes are fantastic. I signed up for a weekly meal subscription, which works well; however, I encountered an issue with the reminder email that led me to accidentally order five additional meals, resulting in double the cost this week. Due to this, I’ve paused my subscription for the next two weeks. Just a heads up about navigating the website!
Week 2 of my meal plan! I was hoping for a 5-star experience this week but was slightly disappointed. My box arrived on time and well-packaged, but I received a note about meal substitutions to a customer favorite, Beef Ragu. Normally, I wouldn’t mind, but I'm intolerant to tomatoes, which affected my meal plans. The note mentioned they emailed me about this, but I never received it. I understand supply chain issues occur, but a call offering alternatives would have been nice. I was looking forward to another week of great meals. On the bright side, the taste was excellent, though I noticed some protein portions seemed smaller than last time, which could be a positive for my weight loss goals. Customer service responses were very quick, which I appreciated. While I received a refund for the two meals, a small voucher for the inconvenience would have been a nice touch. Hopefully, next week will go smoothly for a potential 5-star rating!

The packaging was also excellent, keeping the food secure and appealing. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my purchase and would certainly order again.
