I tried a two-week subscription. Unfortunately, the food quality was quite low, worse than other meal plans and significantly inferior to some competitors. The chicken was of poor quality with unclean parts, and the beef had an unpleasant smell. The salmon was the only decent option. Due to the production process, they ask for meal confirmations for the second week without letting you try a dish first. I contacted customer service to cancel my order without a refund to avoid wasting food, but they explained they couldn’t accommodate this due to their production policies. I’m disappointed with the waste of food.
