I actually collect, what effectively are vintage digital camera's from the early day's of digital photography (20 years +). The very best in my opinion are the 4800z Finepix series. I actually purchase these from the internet, often not working and attempt to repair if possible, so I'm well aware of what's inside the casing. It's a marvel of electronic engineering at it's finest. The camera equivalent of the "Ship in the bottle" a work of art. It has "Made in Japan" written on its side, so the Japanese can be proud of their workmanship. May I suggest these will become more and more desirable as time progresses, a good future investment and a window to history in the making.
