My experience with FUJI; HORRIBLE !I moved from Nikon and invested a lot of money in new premium gear etc...For winter promotion I should receive £ 180.00 [not much money for me but is about honesty here!]I filled out the form and sent the proof with all necessary information on the 5th day, I had 2 weeks for this action...They didn't come back to me even I resend the card bank detail ... I want to sell all gear ~ £ 7-8k invested so far and leave this company and their toys behind me, SHAME to you FUJI!!They don't pay enough attention to their client.*** I'll spread this on social media too.
