These are the worst tape ins I’ve ever used. The tape was garbage but I expected that after watching a hairdresser recommend them on YouTube. I spent about $120 on them which isn’t bad for hair extensions but you would expect them to at least last a full wear. I didn’t wash them except once a week and just washed the top of my own hair as touchups. By the third day they were starting to look really knotty. The color was also off and it was slightly yellow so I used purple sulfate free shampoo the first wash and deep conditioned it with a protein pack. As soon as I dried them, they look horrible. I had to constantly brush them and used an entire bottle of ouai detangler plus Olaplex oil just to keep it from looking super frizzy every day. The amount of money I spent on hair care product waste didn’t justify buying cheap extensions. The hair shed everywhere and broke off. I contacted the company three times before I got a reply. I have been talking to them for almost 2 weeks and the only time I do get a reply is when I’ve sent the third message talking about leaving a bad review. Well here we are. They offered to send me two packs even though I bought three. I said that that would be the only way to make it right. The rep acted like it was my fault they look bad and then said she forgot to read my messages. I am so done and contacted Amazon about it. It’s been almost 4 days since my last message with no reply from them.4/5 update: The company reached out to me on 3/27 to tell me that they would send me a new product if I removed this review. I replied 3/28 that I would not do anything until the issue was resolved. They replied back saying that they would reship the extensions and send tracking. As of 4/5 they have not done this.
