Frustrating return experience.

I ordered a 3x5 blonde hair topper. Upon arrival, I realized it wouldn't match my natural hair. I requested a return and refund without opening the package. Although they received it, the refund process was frustrating and prolonged, requiring additional proof and pictures. Eventually, I received my refund, but the experience was stressful and unprofessional.
