We rented a car at the end of November. It had one noticeable damage and some minor scratches, all noted down. After an hour of driving, the tire pressure light came on. We returned, and they fixed it. We had no further issues; the car was fine. A deposit of €1,300 was reserved, which I was aware of beforehand. Returning the car was hassle-free, and the deposit was released. This is one of the more affordable rental services, so I wasn’t expecting top-tier service. Everything was satisfactory for us.
