We were picked up from the airport, and the staff seemed friendly. However, once at the car rental location, we were informed that the credit cards we had would not be suitable for renting the car. No other options were offered, except to pay €400 for insurance, which was three times the price of our booking. We left without a car at 1 AM and were charged €35 for their late hours.
