The worst car rental company I’ve ever used.Extra 300 €+ charge for their insurance, because of no credit card with the first driver's namePick-up took 45 minutes, including 20 minutes of photographing every detail of the car.Car showed a Service required warning – staff said “everything is fine.”Charged 12.5 € late fee for returning the car 45 minutes later than originally stated in the booking, despite a long discussion.At return, they wiped dust from the car and rims, clearly trying to find any damage.Fee was taken unilaterally. Next day they apologized via WhatsApp, admitted their mistake, promised refund – but also asked us to remove our review.Madeira was amazing, but this company is a disgrace. Avoid at all costs.
